Configuring the display and order of columns

If necessary, you can show or hide columns with certain information and customize the order of columns in tables.

To customize a table:

  1. Navigate to the table in the web plug-in.
  2. Open the Columns settings table settings pane by clicking the gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  3. If you want to show additional columns or hide some columns, select or clear the check boxes next to the relevant columns.

    At least one column must be selected. Some columns are always displayed in a table and cannot be hidden. Clearing the check box is not possible for such columns.

    You can use the following additional functions to select the columns you want:

    • If you want to show all available columns, click Select all above the list of columns.
    • If you want to clear all selected check boxes, click Unselect all above the list of columns.

      This button is available only if all columns in the list are selected.

    • If you need to find a specific column in the list, enter a keyword or column name in the Search column field above the list of available columns.
  4. If you want to reorder the columns, drag a column name to a new position.
  5. To apply the changes and close the Columns settings pane, click the Save button in the lower part of the page.

The selected columns are displayed in the table in the configured order.
