Sorting a table

You can sort the data in a table by a certain column.

To sort a table by a column:

1. Navigate to the table in the web plug-in.
2. In the header of the column that you want to use for sorting, do one of the following:
   • Click the two arrows icon to sort the table by that column.

     An arrow icon is displayed next to the column header. The direction of the arrow indicates the current sorting order. If necessary, click the arrow icon to change the sorting order.

   • Click the column header and select a sorting direction from the drop-down list.

     An icon is displayed next to the column header. The direction of the arrow indicates the current sorting order.

   Some tables are sorted by a certain parameter and the sorting cannot be changed. For example, you cannot change the sorting for tables that are sorted in order of priority (the Priority column).

The table is sorted by the selected column.

In some tables, you can also reorder table rows by dragging them around using the icon.
