Logging of Kaspersky NGFW plug-in events

If the Kaspersky NGFW plug-in encounters errors, Kaspersky Technical Support can ask you to enable the debug log for the plug-in server. The debug log files will be used to diagnose the errors.

You can download the log files using the Open Single Management Platform Console.

To enable the logging of Kaspersky NGFW plug-in events:

  1. In the main menu of the Open Single Management Platform Console, go to the Application & Services → NGFW section.
  2. Select the Plugin settings → Plugin logging tab.
  3. Enable Plugin logging. By default, logging is disabled.

Plug-in server events are logged.
