Creating an OID view

The maximum number of OID views is 100.

You can create a network interface in network templates or on a Kaspersky NGFW device: A network interface created in a network template is automatically created on all devices that use this template.

To create an OID view:

  1. In the main menu of the Open Single Management Platform Console, go to the Application & Services → NGFW section.
  2. Create an OID view in one of the following ways:
    • If you want to create an OID view in a network template, in the menu, select the Network templates tab, click the network template, and select the System → SNMP → Views section.
    • If you want to create an OID view on a device, select the Devices tab in the menu, click a device, and select the System → SNMP → Views section.

    The table of OID views is displayed.

  3. In the upper workspace, click Create.

    This opens the OID view creation window.

  4. In the Name field, enter a name for the OID view. The name must satisfy the following requirements:
    • Must be unique in the table of OID views.

    • No more than 32 characters.
    • Only Latin lowercase and uppercase letters, numerals, and the "_" character are allowed.
    • Must start with a letter or numeral.
  5. Click Create to add an OID to which you want to allow or deny access.
  6. Specify an OID from the OID tree.
  7. Select the Include or Exclude action depending on whether you want to allow or deny access to the selected OID and its subtrees.
  8. Click Create.

    The specified OID is added to the list of OIDs in the OID view.

  9. To add more OIDs to the list, repeat steps 4 through 7 of these instructions.

    The maximum number of items is 300.

  10. After adding all necessary OIDs, click Create.

The new OID view is added to the list.
