Creating a one-time schedule

The maximum number of schedules in the table is 1024. When this limit is reached, a warning is displayed.

To create a one-time schedule:

  1. In the main menu of the Open Single Management Platform Console, go to the Application & Services → NGFW section.
  2. Select the Objects tab, then select Schedules → One-time.

This opens the table of one-time schedules.

  3. In the upper part of the workspace, click Create.

This opens the schedule creation window.

  4. In the Name field, enter a name for the new schedule.

The name of the schedule must be unique among all schedules.

The maximum length is 128 characters.

  5. If necessary, in the Description field, enter an arbitrary description of the schedule.

The maximum length is 256 characters.

  6. Specify the start and end date and time for the schedule. If you want the schedule to become effective immediately, omit the start date. Time is specified in the 24-hour format. The start date of the schedule must precede the end date.
  7. If you want a daily security event to be sent to the SIEM system about the imminent end of the schedule, in the Number of days for pre-expiration log field, specify the number of days until the end when you want the messages to begin. The default is 7. The maximum value is 100. Security events are sent at the same time every day, for as many days as specified in the setting. An event about the schedule finally ending is also sent.

The security event is logged in the service event log.

  8. Click Create.

The new one-time schedule with the specified settings is added to the table of one-time schedules.

Now you can use the created schedule in security rules.
