The maximum number of network objects in the table is 4096. When this limit is reached, a warning is displayed.
To create an address:
In the main menu of the Open Single Management Platform Console, go to the Application & Services → NGFW section.
Select the Objects tab, then select Addresses.
This opens the table of addresses.
In the upper part of the workspace, click Create.
In the Name field, enter a name for the new address.
The name must be unique among all addresses.
The maximum length is 128 characters.
If necessary, in the Description field, enter an arbitrary description of the address.
The maximum length is 256 characters.
In the list of entries, click Create.
Select the type of entry and specify a value. In each address, you can add entries of the following types:
Host. Enter an IPv4 address of a host.
IP range. Enter IPv4 address ranges, with a hyphen. A start value and an end value must be specified. The start value must be less than the end value.
Subnet. Enter a subnet address in the IPv4 subnet address/prefix format. If you specify bits that to not belong to the subnet address, an error is displayed.
GeoIP. In the drop-down list, select a country or territory for filtering.
One entry can contain one only one value.
Click Create.
If you want to add another entry to this address, in the upper part of the workspace, click Create.
The maximum number of entries in each address is 16.
