Deleting addresses

You can delete only those address that are not used in security rules, decryption rules, or local event filters.

To delete an address:

In the main menu of the Open Single Management Platform Console, go to the Application & Services → NGFW section.
Select the Objects tab, then select Addresses.
This opens the table of addresses.
Select the check box next to one or more addresses that you want to delete.
In the upper part of the workspace, click the Delete button.
Confirm the deletion.

The selected addresses are deleted.

Changes are not applied to sessions established before the changes were made.
