Managing OSPF areas

To view or edit the table of OSPF areas in a network template or on a device:

1. In the main menu of the Open Single Management Platform Console, go to the Application & Services → NGFW section.
2. Go to the OSPF section of settings in one of the following ways:
   • If you want to view or edit the table of OSPF areas in a network template, open the Network templates menu tab, click a network template, select the Routing → OSPF section, then select the Areas tab.
   • If you want to view or edit the table of OSPF areas on a device, open the Devices menu tab, click a device, select the Routing → OSPF section, then select the Areas tab.

Information about OSPF areas is displayed in the following columns of the table:

• Area is the ID of the OSPF area in IPv4 address format or an integer.
• Type is the type of the OSPF stub area:
  • Stub
  • Stub no-summary
  • NSSA
  • NSSA no-summary

  This value is displayed only for stub areas.

• Range lists OSPF ranges separated by commas.
