Creating a connection to Kaspersky Single Management Platform

To create a connection to Kaspersky Single Management Platform:

  1. Open the KUMA console and select the SettingsKaspersky Single Management Platform section.

This opens the Kaspersky Single Management Platform integration by tenant window.

  2. Select the tenant for which you want to create a connection to Kaspersky Single Management Platform.
  3. Click the Add connection button and define the values for the following settings:
    • Name (required)—the name of the connection. The name can contain 1 to 128 Unicode characters.
    • URL (required)—the URL of the Kaspersky Single Management Platform server in hostname:port or IPv4:port format.
    • In the Secret drop-down list, select the secret with the Kaspersky Single Management Platform account credentials or create a new secret.

The selected secret can be changed by clicking on the EditResource button.

    • Disabled—the state of the connection to the selected Kaspersky Single Management Platform server. If the check box is selected, the connection to the selected server is inactive. If this is the case, you cannot use this connection to connect to the Kaspersky Single Management Platform server.

This check box is cleared by default.

  4. If you want KUMA to import only assets that are connected to secondary servers or included in groups:
    1. Click the Load hierarchy button.
    2. Select the check boxes next to the names of the secondary servers and groups from which you want to import asset information.
    3. If you want to import assets only from new groups, select the Import assets from new groups check box.

If no check boxes are selected, information about all assets of the selected Kaspersky Single Management Platform server is uploaded during the import.

  5. Click the Save button.

The connection to the Kaspersky Single Management Platform server is created. It can be used to import information about assets from Kaspersky Single Management Platform to KUMA and to create asset-related tasks in Kaspersky Single Management Platform from KUMA.
