Downloading a message from Backup

Messages cannot be downloaded from personal Backup.

To download a message from Backup:

1. In the application web interface window, select the Backup section.
2. In the Backup objects table, select the message that you want to save on the hard drive.

   This opens the View message information window.

3. Click Download and select an action:
   • If you want to download only the original message, click Message.
   • If you want to download the original message and the message scan results, click Message and scan results.

     In this case, a ZIP is downloaded, which contains the original message and a JSON file with headers added by the Anti-Spam module.

     If necessary, you can send the downloaded archive when contacting Kaspersky Technical Support.

The downloaded file is saved in your browser's downloads folder.
