Configuring integration in KICS for Networks or KATA

Integration is supported with KICS for Networks 4.0 and later and with KATA 7.0.

We recommend configuring integration of KICS for Networks or KATA with KUMA after ending Process Control rules learning mode. For more details, please refer to the KICS for Networks documentation.

On the KICS for Networks or KATA side, integration configuration consists of creating a KUMA-type connector. In KICS for Networks and KATA, connectors are specialized application modules that allow KICS for Networks or KATA to communicate with third-party systems, including KUMA. For more details on creating connectors, please refer to the KICS for Networks documentation.

When a connector is added to KICS for Networks or KATA, a communication data package is automatically created for this connector. This is an encrypted configuration file for connecting to KICS for Networks or KATA that is used when configuring integration on the KUMA side.
