If you have deployed Kaspersky Next XDR Expert on virtual machines, we do not recommend taking snapshots or migrating these virtual machines by using a hypervisor while the solution is running. In this case, Kaspersky Next XDR Expert will not function properly. To ensure proper functioning of Kaspersky Next XDR Expert, stop all virtual machines within the Kubernetes cluster before creating snapshots or performing the migration.
