How to collect the crash dump files of Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows

This article concerns Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows:

When Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows malfunctions, the crash dump is created automatically. At the next start, Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 shows a notification about the error during previous startup.  

From this window, you can send application crash dump files to Kaspersky Lab for troubleshooting:

  1. To view detailed information about the transferred data, click the link.

  1. Select the files and click Send.

The window with the selected files.

The request to technical support will not be created and the crash information will be analyzed by support engineers without the response to the user.

To get the information about the cases of the malfunction and recommendations on fixing it, create a request to Kaspersky Lab technical support and attach the following files to your request:

  1. Crash dump files from the folder %ProgramData%\Kaspersky Lab:
    • Services
      • KES.<version>_<date>_<time>_<process id>.SRV.full.dmp 
      • KES.<version>_<date>_<time>_<process id>.SRV.mini.dmp 
      • KES.<version>_<date>_<time>_<process id>.SRV.tiny.dmp 
    • GUI
      • KES.<version>_<date>_<time>_<process id>.GUI.full.dmp 
      • KES.<version>_<date>_<time>_<process id>.GUI.mini.dmp
      • KES.<version>_<date>_<time>_<process id>.GUI.tiny.dmp
  2. GetSystemInfo report.
