Setting

Description

Do not use proxy server for components

Select the check boxes next to those application components that you do not want to use the proxy server:

  • Endpoint Detection and Response (KATA) if you do not want to use a proxy server when connecting to KATA servers.
  • KATA Sandbox if you do not want to use a proxy server when connecting to Central Node servers responsible for interaction with KATA Sandbox.
  • Network Detection and Response (KATA) if you do not want to use a proxy server when connecting to NDR servers.

Do not use proxy server for addresses

This table contains a list of addresses to be connected to bypassing the proxy server.

  • IP address/DNS name is the IP address or DNS name to which you want to connect without a proxy server. You can use masks (* and ? characters) to specify addresses.
  • You can optionally enter a comment in the Comment field.

You can add, edit, or remove addresses in the table. You can also import the list of exclusions from a file by clicking Import and export the list of exclusions to a file in JSON format by clicking Export. When importing, you will be prompted to replace the list of exclusions or add the exclusions to the existing list.
