Viewing the license status

Information about the status of the current license is displayed in the details pane of the Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Nodes node of the Application Console. License status can have the following values:

Checking the key status – Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Nodes is checking the added key file and is waiting for a response about the current status.
Expiration date – Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Nodes has been activated until the specified date. The status is highlighted in yellow in the following cases:
- The license will expire in 30 days and no reserve key have been added.
- The added key has been added to the denylist and is about to be blocked.
Application is not activated – Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Nodes is not activated because the key has not been added. The status is highlighted in red.
License has expired – Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Nodes is not activated because the license has expired. The status is highlighted in red.
End User License Agreement has been violated – Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Nodes is not activated because the terms of the End User License Agreement have been violated. The status is highlighted in red.
Key is in denylist – the added key file has been blocked and added to the denylist by Kaspersky, for example, if the key was used by third parties to activate the application illegally. The status is highlighted in red.

To view the information about the current license,

In the Application Console tree, expand the Licensing node.

General information about the current license is displayed in the details pane of the Licensing node (see the table below).

General information about the license in the Licensing node

Field	Description
Activation code status or key status	Activation code status or key status: Active key or Reserve.
Expiration date	Expiry date and time of the license associated with an active key.
License type	License type: Commercial license.
Activation status	The activation status information can take the following values: Applied – if you have activated the application using a key. Application Activation – if you have applied an activation code to activate the application, but the activation process has not been finalized yet. The status changes to Applied after activation of the application is complete and the contents of the node's details pane are refreshed. Activation error – if application activation failed. You can view the cause of unsuccessful activation in the task log.
Key	The number of the key that you used to activate the application.

in the details pane of the Licensing node open the context menu of the license you want view and select Properties.

Field	Description
Key	The number of the key that you used to activate the application.
Application	The name of the application that was activated with the added key.
License type	License type: commercial or trial.
License term	The number of days, starting from the application activation date, during which the license is valid.
Activation date	Date when the key was added to the application.
Expiration date	Expiry date of the license associated with an active key. If you activate the application under unlimited subscription, the field value is Unlimited. If Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Nodes is unable to determine the license expiry date, the field value is set to Unknown.
Days till expiration	Number of days remaining until the expiry of the license associated with the active key.
Eligible for technical support	Information on whether Kaspersky or its partners will provide technical support for customers according to the license terms.
Support information	Contact details of Kaspersky or of its partner providing technical support. This field may be empty if technical support is not provided.
Owner information	Information about the license customer: a customer name and the name of an organization for which the license was acquired.
License information	Number and type of current license.
Functionality	Application features that are available under the license.
