Limitations and known issues of Kaspersky Security Gateway
To connect Kaspersky Security Gateway installed on the device running Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, or Windows Server 2012 to Kaspersky Security Center 14 and later, TLS 1.1 and 1.2 must be enabled in the operating system as default secure protocols. The gateway_service.exe emergency termination may be caused by errors in the third-party grpc library. The service emergency termination occurs when connection to Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Networks is established at the same time when dynamic code analysis is performed using the Application Verifier utility.
Kaspersky Security Gateway is compatible with Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Networks version 4.2 and later.
When using the KSG OPC UA server together with PcVue 16.2, PcVue 16.2 may crash when the SessionsDiagnosticsSummary node is opened.
