Variables and functions defined in a global Lua script can be used in rules with Lua scripts.
Users with the Administrator, Security Officer, or ICS Officer role can create and modify a global Lua script for Process Control rules. Users with any role can view the contents of a global Lua script.
To create or edit a global Lua script:
Connect to the Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Networks Server via the web interface under a user account that has been assigned a role with the access rights to perform this action.
This action can be performed by a user with the Administrator, Security Officer, or ICS Officer role.
Select the Process control section.
On the Rules tab, open the global Lua script editing window by clicking Global Lua script.
