Viewing information about application user accounts

When connected to the Server through the web interface, you can view information about user accounts that were created in the application. The application does not display information about Kaspersky Security Center user accounts that are configured for Single Sign-On (SSO).

Only users with the Administrator role can view information about user accounts.

To view information about application user accounts:

1. Connect to the Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Networks Server through the web interface using the Administrator account.
2. Select Settings → Users.

The table displays users that match the filter and search criteria.

The following columns display user settings:

• Name

  Specified user name

• Role.

  Specified user role

• Status

  Current status of user. The following statuses are available:

  • Allowed: the account has not been locked by an Administrator, or the account is unlocked.
  • Blocked: the account has been locked by an Administrator.

    The application assigns the Blocked status to the account only as a result of actions performed by the administrator. A temporary restriction on connecting to the Server via the web interface for an account does not result in the assignment of the Blocked status.

  • Suspicious activity: the user entered the wrong password for their account several times in a row.
• Created

  Date and time when the user was added to the application.

• Changed

  Date and time when the user settings were last modified.

When viewing the user table, you can use configuration, filtering, search, and sorting.
