Updating databases

You can update the databases on the My Kaspersky portal.

To start update through the My Kaspersky portal:

  1. Open the portal on any device.
  2. Sign in to the portal with My Kaspersky account that you used during initial configuration of the app.
  3. Go to the Devices section.
  4. On the panel of the mobile device that you want to manage remotely, click the Lock, locate, or manage device button.
  5. A window for managing the mobile device opens.
  6. On the Protection Status tab, in the Anti-Virus section click the Update button.

Bases update will be started on the device.
