Updating databases
You can update the databases on the My Kaspersky portal.
To start update through the My Kaspersky portal:
- Open the portal on any device.
- Sign in to the portal with My Kaspersky account that you used during initial configuration of the app.
- Go to the Devices section.
- On the panel of the mobile device that you want to manage remotely, click the Lock, locate, or manage device button.
- A window for managing the mobile device opens.
- On the Protection Status tab, in the Anti-Virus section click the Update button.
Bases update will be started on the device.
