Updating databases

You can update the databases on the My Kaspersky portal.

To start an update through My Kaspersky:

  1. Open the portal on any device.
  2. Sign in to the portal with the My Kaspersky account you used during initial configuration of the feature.
  3. Go to the Devices section.

    Click the panel for the mobile device that you want to manage remotely.

  4. On the Security Status tab, in the Anti-Virus section click the Update button.

A database update will be started on the device.
