Updating databases
You can update the databases on the My Kaspersky portal.
To start an update through My Kaspersky:
- Open the portal on any device.
- Sign in to the portal with the My Kaspersky account you used during initial configuration of the feature.
- Go to the Devices section.
Click the panel for the mobile device that you want to manage remotely.
- On the Security Status tab, in the Anti-Virus section click the Update button.
A database update will be started on the device.
