The Sendmail server provides the Milter API interface for integration with third-party filters. Kaspersky Security 8 for Linux Mail Server receives messages from the Sendmail server and sends them back using function calls of the Milter API. Messages are sent for scanning before insertion in the mail queue (before-queue integration).
To integrate the program with a Sendmail server, you to modify the Sendmail server configuration file manually.
