Include incidents with the following status in the report
The list of incident statuses. Incidents with this status are included in the report.
You can change the list of statuses by clicking the Select button.
By default, the report includes incidents with any status.
Select
Clicking this button opens a Incident status window. This window lets you select the statuses of incidents to be included in the report.
Sort data by columns
List of fields according to which incidents are arranged in the report.
You can change incident sorting order by clicking the Select button. You can sort incidents by several fields.
Incidents are sorted across all columns in ascending order. By default, incidents are sorted by the Created field.
Select
Clicking this button opens a Incident details window. This window lets you select the fields by which report data should be sorted and also specify the order in which data in these fields should be sorted.
The Email report section lets you select recipients to whom the application will send the report that has been generated.
To security officer
A policy violation notification is sent to the addresses of security officers.
If the check box is selected, the application sends the report that has been generated to the address(es) of security officers. The address or a list of addresses of security officers must be specified in advance in the Data Leak Prevention node.
If the check box is cleared, the application does not send reports to addresses of security officers.
The check box is cleared by default.
Additionally
Sending reports to additional addresses.
If this check box is selected, the application sends the generated report to additional email addresses specified in the entry field.
If the check box is cleared, the application does not send the report to additional addresses.
