The "Statistics by users" report contains information on the number of incidents generated on the basis of specific categories. Report incidents are grouped by each user that sent messages with protected information during a certain period. The report shows the number of policy violations caused by each one of these users for each category.
The report header contains the following data:
Report name. "Statistics by users" Report.
<Date>. Report generation date.
<Time>. Report generation time.
Number of incidents. The number of incidents covered by the report.
Over period. Time interval covered in the report.
For statuses. List of statuses assigned to incidents that are included in the report.
By users and groups. List of user accounts and/or user groups. The report includes incidents generated while scanning messages originating from the enumerated users. If the list includes a group, the report covers incidents caused by all users belonging to this group and to all subgroups.
Categories. List of categories. The report includes incidents generated based on these categories. If the value of the field is "All categories", the report also covers incidents that were generated based on removed categories.
A table with the list of users included in the report is located below. Tables show the following user details:
User. Account name and email address.
Department. The department, office, or other organizational unit to which the user belongs (the value retrieved from Active Directory).
Total incidents. The total number of incidents caused by the user under all categories.
<Category name>. The number of incidents caused by the user under each category. Each column contains data for one category.
The report can contain information about 600,000 incidents at a maximum.
