The “System KPI” report contains information on the total number of messages scanned and skipped and on the number of policies violated for each category. KPI stands for Key Performance Indicators. The report reflects the overall performance of the DLP Module over a certain period.
The report header contains the following data:
Report name. "System KPI" Report.
<Date>. Report generation date.
<Time>. Report generation time.
Over period. Time interval covered in the report.
Two tables are located below.
The first table contains the following information:

Clean. The number and percentage of messages that have not violated a single policy.
Violations. The number and percentage of messages that have violated one or several policies based on the scan results.
Errors. The number and percentage of messages that have not been scanned due to an error.
Scan timeouts. The number and percentage of message that have not been scanned due to a scan timeout.
Beyond scope of policies. The number and percentage of messages that are outside the scope of all policies. The DLP Module skipped these messages without scanning.
The second table contains information on the number of policy violations grouped by category. The table rows show category names. For each category, the table shows the number of policy violation incidents generated based on this category and their percentage of the total number of violations. The table includes only the categories that satisfy one of the following conditions:
