How to connect a device to or disconnect a device from My Kaspersky portal

To connect a device to My Kaspersky portal:

1. Open the main application window.
2. In the main application window, click the button.
3. Select the Subscription item in the drop-down menu.
4. In the Subscription window, click the Log in to My Kaspersky link and go to the My Kaspersky window.
5. Enter the email address that was specified when the account was created.
6. Enter the password.
7. Click the Sign In button.

   Your device connects to My Kaspersky portal.

8. Click the Done button.

Kaspersky Secure Connection can connect to My Kaspersky portal using the credentials that were used for connecting to the portal from another application, such as Kaspersky Free, Kaspersky Anti-Virus, Kaspersky Internet Security, Kaspersky Total Security or Kaspersky Security Cloud. Upon application startup, Kaspersky Secure Connection shows a notification that a user account was found.

To connect to the portal using the account that was found,

click the Connect button in the application window.

To disconnect a device from the portal:

1. Open the main application window.
2. In the main application window, click the button.
3. Select the Subscription item in the drop-down menu.
4. In the Subscription window, click the link containing your account name to go to the My Kaspersky window.
5. Click the Sign out button.
