You can view the rule table in the Rules → Message processing rules section of the web interface.
The table displays the following information about rules:
A number corresponding to priority determines the sequence in which rules are applied. Rules applied in the order of appearance in the table, top to bottom, that is, from highest priority to the lowest.
Rule ID. Helps with comparing Audit Log records. This column is hidden by default.
Name of the rule defined by the user.
Toggle switch for enabling or disabling the rule.
The rule can operate in one of the following modes:
Icons of the scan modules enabled in the rule settings. When you hover the mouse cursor over the icon, the name of the scan module is displayed. Disabled scan module icons appear dimmed.
A Content Filtering module is considered active if it is enabled in the rule settings and contains at least one active expression with at least one active condition.
The total number of senders specified in the rule settings.
If no senders are specified, 0 is displayed.
For the Default rule, the Any sender value is always displayed.
The total number of recipients specified in the rule settings.
If no recipients are specified, 0 is displayed.
For the Default rule, the Any recipient value is always displayed.
Any additional information about the rule specified by the user.
On the Notification templates tab, you can edit the general settings for email notifications regarding detections applicable to all rules. Then you need to enable notifications for each rule that you want to receive a message for whenever that rule is triggered.
On the Warnings and disclaimers tab, you can configure the templates of disclaimers added to scanned messages.
On the Dictionaries tab, you can configure dictionaries for storing frequent sets of values used in Content Filtering conditions.
