Email notification templates

Notification templates let you customize the notifications about message scanning modules getting triggered. You can configure and use different notification templates for recipients in the general list, message sender, message recipients, and recipients from the list of additional addresses specified in the settings of the triggered module. By default, KSMG provides four notification templates for different recipient groups.

You can view and, if necessary, edit the notification templates, including preset templates, in the Rules section on the Notification templates tab. The notification template table displays the names of notification templates and the rules that use the notification template.

By default, notification template texts are in English. Automatic language switching for templates is not available. If necessary, please rewrite the text in the required language. If you need to send notifications in different languages within one recipient group, you can write the same text in multiple languages and add the translations one after the other in the same template.

If different templates with different recipients are configured for a scanning module, when that scanning module is triggered, all configured notifications are sent.
