Importing settings

If the exported personal allow and denylists of addresses have over 500 entries, the list is truncated to 500 addresses on import.

To import settings:

1. In the application web interface window, select the Settings → General → Settings export and import section.
2. Select the Import.
3. Click Browse.

   The file selection window opens.

4. Select the file with previously exported settings.
5. This opens a window; in that window:
   • If you want to import an unencrypted file, turn off the Imported file is encrypted toggle switch and click Apply.

     Importing an unencrypted settings file may pose a security risk.

   • If you want to import an encrypted file, in the Password field, enter the password for the encrypted settings file and click Apply.

   The Import settings settings group is displayed under the upload area.

6. Select the check boxes next to the settings that you want to import.
7. Click the Import button.

A message regarding the result of the import operation is displayed.
