Preparing for installation in Astra Linux Special Edition in closed software environment mode

In Astra Linux Special Edition 1.7 or 1.8 in the closed software environment mode, the administrator must make preparations to to install KSMG.

To install KSMG in closed software environment mode:

1. Create a directory for the KSMG key:

   mkdir -p /etc/digsig/keys/kaspersky/

2. Copy the kaspersky_klms_pub_key_339cc887.gpg file from the application distribution kit to the directory created at the previous step:

   cp kaspersky_klms_pub_key_339cc887.gpg /etc/digsig/keys/kaspersky/

3. Update the initramfs image:

   update-initramfs -u -k all

4. Restart the server.

Now you can install KSMG in the closed software environment mode.
