This functionality is available only if the user has the Create/edit rules permission.
To create a notification template:
In the application web interface window, select the Rules section.
Select the Notification templates tab.
Click Create.
This opens the Create template window with the Main tab open.
In the Name field, enter the notification template name.
Under Notification sender, select the email address that you want to use as the sender address for notifications. To do so, under Sender address, select one of the following values:
Default notification sender. The sender email address configured in the application will be used.
Custom address. You can specify the sender email address manually.
By default, the Default notification sender option is selected.
If you select Custom address, in the Custom address field, specify the email address to be used as the sender address for notifications that use this template.
Under Contents, customize the content of the notification. To do so, in the Subject field, specify the subject of the notification, and in the Body field, enter the text of the notification.
You can use macros in the subject and the body of the message. To do so, click Add macro and in the drop-down list select the relevant macro.
Macro values are automatically inserted in English. Language switching for macros is not available.
