The utility must be run as root.
The utility is located in the /opt/kaspersky/ksmg/bin directory.
To get information for Technical Support, run the following command:
/opt/kaspersky/ksmg/bin/collect_diag_info.py <full path to the archive with diagnostic information> 2> <full path to the utility log file>
Example: /opt/kaspersky/ksmg/bin/collect_diag_info.py /tmp/diaginfo.tar.gz 2> /tmp/log.file |
The utility creates an archive with diagnostic information and an utility log file. Give these files to Technical Support staff.
