To install the application, you are advised to use the installation package downloaded from the My Kaspersky portal. In this case, the application will automatically connect to the My Kaspersky portal when it is started for the first time.
When using an installation package that was obtained by other means (for example, downloaded from the Kaspersky Lab website), you must manually connect the application to the My Kaspersky portal using a My Kaspersky user account.
