If your license for Kaspersky Internet Security for Android has expired prematurely, send a request to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support via My Kaspersky.

In your request, please describe the problem in detail and give the following information:

  • Country and mobile network operator
  • Mobile device ID (IMEI)
  • Where you have bought Kaspersky Internet Security for Android
  • Customer information: full name (if the customer is a private person) or the name of the organization (if the product was purchased for the organization)
  • Purchase date
  • Full version number and activation code
