Every time you start Kaspersky Internet Security for Android , the app checks whether or not you have a license to use the premium version of the product. Once the license term has expired, the app automatically switches to the free version.
If you use the premium version of the app, you can find out how many days are left until your license expires. See this article for instructions on how to do so.
You can renew the license within 14 days of the expiry date. You can do so in two ways.
The premium version will be activated automatically once the payment has been made successfully, and a window will appear with your license Information.
You will need a new activation code, which you can purchase in the Kaspersky Lab online store, on the My Kaspersky portal, or from a Kaspersky Lab partner. For more information about the activate code for Kaspersky Internet Security for Android, see this article.
If you are having difficulties renewing your license, send a request to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support via the My Kaspersky portal. Please include a detailed description of the issue.
For instructions on how to use My Kaspersky, see the Online Help page.
