Having installed Kaspersky Small Office Security 3 for File Server, you may discover that webpages are displayed incorrectly in your browser. If you have noticed the error, do the following:

 
 
 
 
 

1. Disable Self-Defense and enable trace collection

 
 
 
 
 

2. Download and run trace_httpanlz

 
 
 
 
 

3. Restart the application

 
 
 
 
 

4. Export the application's settings file

 
 
 
 
 

5. Reproduce the problem and make a screenshot

 
 
 
 
 

6. Archive the files

 
 
 
 
 

7. Run trace_httpanlzOFF

 
 
 
 
 

8. Disable trace collection and enable Self-Defense

 
 
 
 
 

9. Send a request to the Technical Support
