In some cases, after upgrading Windows 8 to Windows 8.1, you may discover that Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2015 has no active license.

To recover your license, enter your activation code and restart the computer.

If the problem persists, contact Kaspersky Lab Technical Support by sending a request via the My Kaspersky service. Please provide a detailed description of the problem.
