Known issues

  • Devices that are connected via LPT may not work properly. To enable full functionality of such devices, we recommend that you stop Kaspersky Small Office Security 4.
  • Data will not be added to a data vault if the entire hard drive is selected as the data for encryption.
  • If Kaspersky Small Office Security 4 is installed on a server, a user who does not have the rights of a local administrator will not be able to access the data stored in data vaults.
  • If you have rejected disinfection of the detected object with computer restart (a successful disinfection attempt without computer restart) and further restoring of the deleted object from Quarantine manually, this object will be permanently deleted the next time the computer is restarted.
