If you encounter the error when trying to access My Kaspersky, do the following:

Step 1.

Try to connect to the My Kaspersky service once again in a few minutes. The access to the service might be temporarily restricted from the Kaspersky Lab's side.

Step 2.

If you have bought the license for Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2016 via the My Kaspersky service and could not connect to the service to activate the product, please activate it manually using the activation code.

You can find the activation code in the message sent to your email address during the registration on the My Kaspersky portal.
