How to configure, view, and export reports in Kaspersky Total Security

With Reports in Kaspersky Total Security, you can view information on various events registered by the application (Update and Scan reports are the most commonly needed).

To configure reports, open the application window, click Settings, then click Additional, then select Report and Quarantine.

You may want to view a report or provide one to the Technical Support. To do it, follow the steps below.


1. Open the application window (for instructions, see the respective article). In the application's main window, click Show Additional Tools.


2. Click Report.


3. Click on the Detailed report link in the upper-right corner.


4. Click on the drop-down list in the upper-left corner. Select the report you want to view. If you need to save the report to a file, click the Export button next to the Search box. In the dialog that opens next, specify the location where the file will be saved.


5. If working with Technical Support, right-click the report file and select Send to > Compressed (zipped folder). Email back the compressed .zip file in a response to support.
