When a browser works in protected mode, Kaspersky Fraud Prevention 5.0 for Endpoints scans it for suspicious processes which could be started by malware. This scan is needed to protect the browser from malicious programs. As soon as the anti-virus detects something suspicious, you get a message with a warning about the found threat.

If you got such a message while working with Protected Browser, finish your work to run full scan of your computer with an anti-virus whose databases are up to date, e.g. Kaspersky Internet Security.
