Managing your devices through Kaspersky Small Office Security Management Console has the following limitations:

  • If you created the administrator account for Kaspersky Small Office Security 5 based on the My Kaspersky account, you will only be able to manage your devices through Kaspersky Small Office Security Management Console. 
    If you want to go back to using My Kaspersky, use the guide from this article.
  • You can only manage the devices with Kaspersky Small Office Security, Kaspersky Internet Security for Mac, or Kaspersky Internet Security for Android installed.
  • You can only connect to the portal through the application interface. Connecting the devices through the portal is unavailable.
  • You can only run an update or scan on a mobile device through a group task on a portal.
  • Device protection is managed through the commands sent from the portal to the device. If the device is not connected to the Internet, the task becomes pending. If the Internet connection is not established for more than 7 days, the task will be canceled.
