You you are getting the error “Error connecting to Kaspersky Small Office Security Management Console”, try connecting once again in ten or fifteen minutes.
The access to the management console might be temporarily limited due to maintenance.
If you keep getting the error message 15 minutes later, submit a request through the web interface of the Management Console. Please include a detailed description of the issue.
