How to create a backup copy of files in Kaspersky Small Office Security 6
Using the Backup and Restore feature of Kaspersky Small Office Security, you can create a backup copy of data to prevent the loss of important information as a result of a virus or the modification or deletion of files by another user. The backup copy can be saved in online storage, on a removable drive, local drive, FTP server, or network drive.
You are advised to save backup copies on a removable drive or in online storage. If the computer's hard drive is damaged or all the data on it is deleted by a malicious program, any backup copy on the local drive will be lost.
If you are going to create backup storage on a My Book (Western Digital) drive, format the hard drive with the NTFS file system before creating the backup.
