If you want to optimize the Full Scan task in Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11 for Windows and increase its speed, scan the minimum areas:

The settings of the scan area are case sensitive.

  • Kernel Memory
  • Running processes and startup objects
  • Disk boot sectors
  • %systemroot%\, not including subfolders
  • %systemroot%\System\, not including subfolders
  • %systemroot%\System32\, not including subfolders
  • %systemroot%\System32\drivers\, not including subfolders
  • %systemroot%\SysWOW64\, not including subfolders
  • %systemroot%\SysWOW64\drivers\, not including subfolders
