When creating a request to Kaspersky Technical Support, you may be asked to send trace files as they contain diagnostic information.
You can either enable tracing manually on the server with Kaspersky Security Center for Linux installed or use ready-made scripts from the ksctrace.zip archive.
How to collect trace files of the Kaspersky Security Center for Linux Administration Server
- Download the ksctrace.zip archive if you want to use the scripts from it to enable and disable trace logging. You can also enable and disable trace logging manually.
- Enable trace logging:
- Using the script for a standard Kaspersky Security Center installation:bash ./ksc_adminserver_trace_4.sh
- Manually for a standard Kaspersky Security Center installation:mkdir -p /etc/opt/kaspersky/klnagent_srv/1103/1.0.0.0/Debug
