Applies to Kaspersky Security 8.0 for Microsoft Exchange Servers

Sometimes a Kaspersky Security 8.0 for Microsoft Exchange Servers update may terminate with the "No reboot" error.

This error happens when the folder required for starting an update is not found.

To update Kaspersky Security 8.0 for Microsoft Exchange Servers correctly, you should create a tmp folder inside the application installation folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\ Kaspersky Lab\ Kaspersky Security 8.0 for Microsoft Exchange Servers\data\bases\av, by default).

Start an update task after creating the tmp folder.
