Kaspersky Anti-Virus 8.0 for Windows Servers Enterprise Edition can be installed on a server cluster (Microsoft Server Cluster) running in the Active/Active or in the Active/Passive mode.

Kaspersky Anti-Virus 8.0 for Windows Servers Enterprise Edition is a non-cluster-aware application, thus it is not necessary to stop the entire cluster before the installation. Yet we recommend that you stop the cluster software before the installation, or at least limit the load on cluster resources.

Kaspersky Anti-Virus 8.0 for Windows Servers Enterprise Edition can be installed on a server cluster running under one of the operating systems from the system requirements.

Important!  Do not install Kaspersky Anti-Virus 8.0 for Windows Servers Enterprise Edition on cluster drives. Otherwise, only one cluster node which is currently owning the cluster disk will be protected.
