It is necessary to extract the downloaded distribution package into a folder before attempting to install Kaspersky Anti-Virus 8.0 for Windows Servers Enterprise Edition via Kaspersky Administration Kit.
Further actions are to be carried out in Repositories > Installation packages node in Kaspersky Administration Kit.
When creating a Kaspersky Lab application installation package, you should select the kavws.kpd file from a folder that corresponds your operating system architecture (x86 or x64).
Thus, if you want to install Kaspersky Anti-Virus 8.0 for Windows Servers Enterprise Edition on a 64 bit operating system, you should specify the following folder:

%unpacked_installer_path%\х64\server\kavws.kpd

An attempt of installing a 64 bit application on a x86 operating system (or vice versa) will cause the following deployment task failure:
