The expiration date of a code purchased via Auto-Renewal is determined by the purchase date. An annual renewal will expire one year from the date of the auto-renewed purchase, for example.

An activation code purchased via the auto-renewal service should be instantly activated as a main code. If it is not instantly activated however, you can perform the following actions to activate:

Step 1. Delete the current license.

If you delete the current license it will still expire. You can use your current license to activate a copy of Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 installed on another computer.

  1. Open the main application window.
  2. In the right bottom corner of the window, click on the Licensing button.

  1. Click on the delete button (with the red "X" icon) next to the license number.

  1. In the Remove key window, click the Delete key button.

Step 2. Activate the application using the activation code associated with the Auto-Renewal order.

  1. In the Licensing window, click on the Activate the application button.

  1. In the Select activation method step, select Activate commercial version and enter the purchased activation code.
  2. Click the Next button.

  1. On the Thank you step, click on the Finish button.

The Auto-Renewal activation code has been successfully activated in Kaspersky Internet Security.
