In some cases in order to diagnose the problem you need detailed information about the system: such as launched processes, downloaded modules and drivers, extension modules of Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Windows browser, open ports, and suspicious objects which might be viruses, but are unknown to Kaspersky Lab’s experts and correspondingly are not added to the anti-virus databases. In this case Kaspersky Lab experts need the log of the AVZ utility.

In order to get the log, perform the following actions:

  1. Open the main application window.
  2. Click the Support link in the down left part of the window.

  1. Click Support tools in the down left part of the Support window

  1. In the Support Tools window click Create system state report.

  1. Wait until the report is formed.
  1. In the System data collection window click Close.

  1. Close all windows.
